HOSE FITTING
The fittings designed and manufactured by Novafit are perfect for use with flexible hydraulic hoses in high or low pressure applications.
We provide a wide range of hose fittings that comply with international standards (BSP, JIC, ORFS, DIN, NPT). White zinc-coated or zinc-nickel-coated options are available to meet the highest requirements for durability and corrosion resistance.
STANDARD SERIES
For standard applications in low and medium pressure environments, we provide a complete range of ferrules and fittings with JIC, ORFS, and BSP threads, as well as flange-type fittings.
Our comprehensive range of hydraulic hose fittings is designed to create permanent, leak-free connections that withstand the most demanding pressures, pulses, and environmental challenges.
INTERLOCK SERIES
To ensure leak-free performance between hose and fitting under extreme pressure (up to 500 bar), Novafit provides a wide range of interlock fittings up to 2 inches.
Interlock fittings achieve a mechanical bond by skiving the hose cover and inner tube, locking the steel wire reinforcement between the ferrule and insert during crimping.
One-piece fitting
In Novafit, we design and manufacture one-piece fittings. It is compatible with various types of hoses and offers a simple, robust and durable solution and ensures a long-term durability in wide range of applications.
Stainless steel fitting
SS304 and SS316 Stainless steel fittings are also available in Novafit. It has exceptional corrosion resistance and high strength and durability which is perfect for special applications.
